It is owned and managed by the Dominican Sisters of the Trinity. It is governed by ten (10) members of the Board of Trustees and, managed by the Administrator who is at the same time the President of the corporation. Since its foundation in 1948, it has become a trusted healthcare provider for the locals of Davao City and its neighboring provinces.
