It surprises me to see how many entrepreneurs, focusing on the wrong issues in the market. There’s no reason to make success hard when it’s easy. Don’t dwell on what you don’t know in the first try, you’re going to get upset and stuck rather, concentrate on what you can do and continue to gain momentum. This means first concentrating on the easy bits, then returning to the harder aspects of building your company. Perhaps by then, you’ll have built up enough momentum to prevent your constructive concentration from fracturing.
